Cake not delivered by reason that address was locked while I hv talked with vendor for confirmation and delivery of cake but he was not interested in delivery and said that u can talk to company and I will not able to deliver the cake as I hv no knowledge of GPS and incompetent to deliver the cake.i want my refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
