Ferns and Petals - Cake did not delivered

I had ordered red velvet *Kg cake yesterday *th August **** from Ferns and Petals. I had paid ***Rs for fixed delivery time. In the night I received message from Ferns and Petals that my cake could not delivered because the customer want the order to be delivered in different location. First of all customer did not receive any calls from delivery person and second thing customer did not said that she want cake to be delivered in different location. Today I called the customer service team and explain the whole situation. I told them that my friend birthday was yesterday *th August **** and you did not delivered the cake on her birthday and now they refused to refund my money back. If they did not delivered the product so on what basis they were refusing to return my money. Then I said made fresh cake again and delivered it but they were refusing to do that. They were saying we will deliver expired not fresh cake. What kind of service they were providing. My order number is ********
