I was earlier using TATA sky and saw lower cost offered by Reliance digital. I had purchased * nos of digital set-top box cable TV connections from Reliance in Aug ****. Now called Independent TV. After a long follow-up, the connection was given with too much of delay around Jan ****. Ever since I purchased RIL digital TV connections, I am having regular misery. Every now and then the screen gets frozen which is very annoying. Many attempts made by me to reach their customer care numbers. The call will never get through and I am troubled for the last * to * months suffering from this unprofessional setup. Last * days I am unable to watch any channels, as the picture gets frozen for * to ** seconds & gets released for * to ** seconds continuously & for all the channels. Request you to kindly help me in resolving this problem or in taking refund from this extremely unprofessional service provider.
