Raman Singh filed complaint against Fastway Cable on Aug 18, 2018
I got an connection on ** July ****, and cable operator told me it will be activated till * August ****. Cable is working for * - * days and then stop suddenly. Then I contact to Fastway Customer support and they told me you have pending bill. Even i have paid **** INR with installation and Setup box charges.
Now When I am trying to call cable operator they are threatening me and saying abusive words on calls. I don't know What should I do now.
