My Fastway cable is not working since **rd Dec ****. I have contacted the teams multiple times and there has been no resolution of the issue. The team had taken cable charges from me of months Dec and Jan ****. Now cable is not working since so many days and they are not even refunding my amount. kindly help

Cable operator ask us to recharge of rs*** and I call on customer care they said ur plain silver is activated, which price is rs *** And we do call again and again to cable operator.they don't response us good
Till morning cable is not come.And when I call to fastway cable they didnt pick my call..but when time is arriving for bill they come on time to collect rs ***.
No one help me to resolve my problem of surrender set of box
