I would like to inform you the service provided from makemytrip is unacceptable.
There was no responsible person who can solve my issue.
Cab was not provided to me and no efforts done from team.
I was standing there for * hours in a heat with my wife and kid of * year.
I was literally mentally haresed by your team.
I called the call centre the lady over there told me to cancel the cab instead of providing me the solution n she was very rude.
They are giving **** rs for the inconvince caused actually i inquered a loss of ***** as i booked cab on urgent basis. I was not able to enjoy my trip becausce of make my trip. I was literaly mentally haresed by makemytrip.
I want a proper response on this on urgent basis.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
