I have booked cab form shirdi to mumbai for **.**.**** and money for same has been deducted from account and confirmation message for the same also received by me. But till **.**.**** , i was not provided with the cab details. Further I was unable to reach MMT from any means i.e. online portal for cab booking is down during that period and customer care number were also not supporting. And issue was remain unresolved till **.**.****. Due to no response form MMT side , I was forced to booked a taxi on urgent basis on **.**.****. Therefore I request you to kindly refund the my booking amount un addition to the amount paid to the taxi from shirdi to mumbai (i.e. Rs **** /-). As I am already very disappointed by disturbance caused by MMT, it was mentally disturbing to keep arranging for taxi when you have paid to MMT to manage the same. Regards
