Byjus ias - Byjus return and refund

Byjus took Rs. **** from us as a downpayment for the course and the remaining amount is due via EMI, I was in contact with one person who had originally sold is the course, who also assured us that any issue will be solved by her, I was told that if I want to return the product I should inform her before the end of ** days and she will take care of the process and the company will issue a full refund of the amount already paid, and cancel the EMI process. My observation period started on **th April ****, and ends on **th May ****, I informed her that I wanted to return the course and would like a refund, she said sure it was fine and she would call me, she claims she called me but I didn't receive any call, also when I called her the next day she told me it was not possible now as ** days are over, when i had already informed her the previous day. Then she said that a cancellation request was only valid if sent on the official mail for cancellation, which I was not told about. I followed their policy to the best of my knowledge and was operating under good faith. They have since only been passing me from one call to another and have not properly responded in any, my mail were not answered.
