Byjus think and learn Pvt limited - Byjus are harassing me and not make my refund

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to request a refund for the amount of RS.***** (EIGHTY-THREE THOUSAND) that I paid to you Byjus company on **-Sep-**** vide Reference Id BPTM***************. The payment was for admission of my son NITIN MISHRA, but unfortunately, the services were not provided as promised and due to some personal financial problem I want to cancel this course and apply refund of my money.

According to the call/mail received from Byjus side on **-OCT- ****, I have sent the TABLET ALONG WITH SD CARD AND CHARGER back to their provided address through Blue dart courier vide Reference Id *********** dtd **-Nov-**** same delivered on * November ****.

But Byjus not yet make my refund of any amount. Byjus are harassing me. Please help to get my refund

Amount already paid - Rs *****.** (Principle amount) + Rs. **** (Interest Amount)

Tablet return date - **/NOVEMBER /****

My Bank EMI already generated in every month * EMI already I have paid to bank and *th generated. I am forced to pay to the bank whose service I am not even taking.

I have done the entire process as per their cancellation policy only.

Kindly help us and obliged.
