I had subscribed to JEE coaching from Byju’s, they had told me that they would add me to a new batch but was added to a batch which had started months ago, I didn’t like the coaching pattern and cancelled my subscription after * days. They had promised that they would refund full lampung if we cancel within ** days. I had sent many mails for cancellation but have not received my refund money yet. It’s been * months they are only giving false hopes and asking us to wait for ** day’s repeatedly. I’m traumatised because it is a very big amount for me and my family.
