Byju's Ed-tech company - Byju s Cheated me

Registered with Byju's in April **** with student ID: **********, since then they deducted EMI's frequently and in the month of April **** loan was cleared. But since last * months we didn't get any support from Byju's regarding technical support or mentors resulting in mental torture.

I am writing to formally file a complaint against Byju's for the mental torture and harassment I have endured due to their failure to provide any form of support. My interactions with Byju's have been distressing and have significantly impacted my well-being.

I enrolled in *rd class with Byju's with the expectation of receiving quality educational support. However, since the beginning of my enrollment, I have faced numerous challenges, including:

- Lack of adequate study materials and resources
- Ineffective communication and unresponsiveness from Byju's support team
- Misrepresentation of the course content and promises made during enrollment
- Pressure tactics to upgrade to more expensive courses without any improvement in the quality of service

These issues have not only hindered my learning but have also caused immense stress and anxiety. Despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance from Byju's, I have not received any meaningful support or resolution to my concerns.

I believe that Byju's actions constitute mental torture and harassment, as they have created a hostile and distressing learning environment. I have suffered emotional distress, anxiety, and loss of confidence as a result of their negligence and lack of support.

I am seeking your assistance in addressing this matter and holding Byju's accountable for their actions. I request that you take appropriate legal action to ensure that I receive the support and compensation I am entitled to.
