Razorpay - Business loss due to delay from Razorpay

After their follow up I have registered for RazorpayX. With RBL bank CA was opened long back. But I was not able to login to Razorpay due to some technical issue in their website. After so much of deliberation, I gave another email and they changed the login. Now I am not able integrate payment gateway as they will take another *-* days to verify KYC (which was already done by RBL bank and RazorpayX) This is the festive season, today is already **th, so many customers couldn't make payments for online booking through our website. This has tarnished our image and loss of business during this peak season. They must review KYC and make us online today itself.
