Mercy Travels - Bus Stranded gor more than 15 hrs

I have booked a bus from Mercy travel s from Udupi to Dombivli, this bus broke doen near belgaum at around *.** pm of ** Nov **, this is still stranded at the same location for more than ** hrs, the owner Mr Rashid is mot responding and all the people including ladies are suffering, thus is highway and people are nor able to use washroom also
