I have selected seat U**,U**, U** after the payment confirmation ton ticket it show U**,** and **. It is online system if someone already booked U** should show me before my payment confirmation and now for cancellation is asking for **% cancellation charges. I want to change seat or refund otherwise next time I will never book from redbus
