I booked a ticket from Abhi Bus but they didn't provide bus details. Bus not picked at boarding point when I call to customer care they are simply saying your mobile is switched off finally, they cheated me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
