Hi, I booked bus from Delhi to Ahmedabad on **th November ****. They shows it will take ** hrs (Which is already too high). They started bus at *:**Pm from Delhi already late. Then there is few halts and In between one Puncture happened and they said bus will reach late by * to * hours. It's preety Dam bad service. I mean ** hrs how can you survive in that bus. I need partial refund for bad service and non punctuality.
Date of travel =**th Nov @ Mori Gate * PM (They started at *:**PM)
Reached =*st Dec @ RTO **:**PM (scheduled time was *:**PM)
How can some one not conscious about time. They give excuses like fog, Puncture etc. Apart from that they stopped at least ** times and they are never care about time. So bad and disappointing service. They have taken **** Rs for such kind of nonsense driving and service not acceptable at all and I want refund for that.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
