I booked a bus ticket from kolkata to chandikhol for **nd October. The pick up or boarding point of bus changed without any information from MakeMyTrip or from operator. Tried calling operator contact number. But no response received from operator. Tried calling MakeMyTrip customer care for bus services but didn't get any help on thia. Although reached boarding point mentioned in ticket * hour before scheduled time unable to get in to the bus. No refund option found in MakeMyTrip site for this case. MakeMyTrip E-Ticket Booking ID NU**************.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
