I have booked Yolo bus through Paytm app. From Vijayawada to Bangalore for the journey date **-October-**** at *.**PM. Didn’t receive bus details or driver details and after a long wait time also bus didn’t come to boarding point. My parents which aged ** and ** were waited for longer time for the bus.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
