Laxmi Holidays - Bus leaved with any prior notification

To Laxmi Holidays team,

My last journey was a nightmare for me. I was literally just * mins late and the bus conductor decided to move without me. Not picking my call when I tried calling him * to * times just to inform that I'm at the metro station and it will just take * mins more to reach there. My bus has to departure at ** PM and at **:** I was at the boarding point and calling the conductor and driver multiple times to coordinate where is the bus he didn't respond. At **:** when I went inside the Laxmi Holidays office, I got to know that he left without me. When I got angry at this moment he just stopped at a point which was *** meters away from the point (which clearly shows that I was not far or late enough). I had to run towards the point of the bus because he denied coming around. Till now I was not informed by any team member that the bus is leaving without me or did not receive*d any call from the bus.

When I confronted the conductor for not picking the call and not informing before leaving he acted like "local gunda" and said "hum call nhi uthate" to which I said that I have paid ****rs for this seat to which he replied "humko todhi paisa diya hai, hamare jeb me todhi gaya hai tumhara paisa" when matter escalated because of his attitude he said "lucknow se bhr niklo toh batata hun". I immediately informed the behaviour of the head office but paying **** just to see this level of unprofessional and goons like behaviour and attitude.

I never expected such things from the Laxmi Holidays team, I travelled multiple times from multiple bus services but this was such a bad experience. He humiliated me infront of all passengers. Maybe he was right with the decision of leaving the spot at ** but atleast he could informed me just pick up the call. It happed multiple times that bus get delayed or some other things then there is no accountability but I was just * mins late and I have to see bad behaviour, death threat, rush to the point and no help.

I hope the team will acknowledge the issue.
