I have booked a yolo bus from Bangalore to Palamaner on ** may at *.** from multiplex Bangalore, it’s is **am now and till the bus has not came. We have book * tickets for *** rupees, and bus opparater is not picking the call, what should we think when ever we book the bus from yolo we face the same issue. So we want full amount refund. If refund is not credited i will take action legally against yolo bus. Always it happens the same it is lot the first time .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
