I was travelling from Rajkot to Ahmedabad through ZINGBUS. Bus was supposed to reach at pickup point at *.**pm that was given time however bus was delayed due to any reason. I had applied for refund through cancellation which was rejected by them. This is very serious issue. Kindly help in guiding for escalation of the said complaint. I have also sent msgs on twitter to Prashant Kumar

I booked bus through Zingbus from Narayan Singh Circle Jaipur to Delhi . It had to pick me up on May ** , **:** pm but it left me without informing. I kept waiting at bus stand . I want my full refund of ₹***.
