Intrcity smart bus - Bus cancelled in last minute

I have booked a ticket from Eluru to Hyderabad on **.**.**** in intrcity smart bus to travel on **.**.**** @ **.** PM. The bus operator has cancelled the bus just few minutes before the boarding time ie, *.** PM. Due to last minute information, there is no other option to travel. Because of this I have missed an important meeting which will impact my employment.
I hereby kindly request you to take necessary action for the compensation of Rs. **,***/-
