Yolo Bus - bus cancelled

My bus was scheduled at *.** they have cancelled my bus * hours prior. i have to be in hyd by tomo morning *.** since i have doctors appointment at *. now i am not able to book another buses due to time mismatch.
what am i supposed to doo ???
