• Hello My name Vimal Padhiyar complaining about a Boat Nirvana Ion earbud, purchased from Chroma, which stopped working on one side within the warranty period.
• I purchase from chorma
• My buds are not working from one side about **-** days so I complaint in boat after that he received my product and verify it he says it is physical damage (pogo pin miss out) and i can't help you so i can talk to your customer executive he also say i can't help you.
Assertion of Manufacturing Defect
• I believes it's a manufacturing defect due to improper soldering & somehow its remove or missout from buds and i frustrated that neither Boat nor Chroma will resolve the issue.
Unresolved Issue and Dissatisfaction
• Today I visited chroma when I buy this product but he also also says that I can not help you so now what can I do to product Should I talk for this issue to boat owner for silly problem or throw to garbage as your executive says to me on call this is the worstest experience with boat not expected from boat.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
