Shubham Pathak filed complaint against Zing bus on Jan 4, 2022
I booked a red bus (zingbus) , which was scheduled to pick me from Mayur vihar phase * , on *jan **** at *:** pm . But to my surprise , from *pm I'm waiting at the location but there was no bus at that time !
I called the driver but he said me to board another bus !
Wasn't had expected so poor service from redbus and associates .
Please be responsible and resolve the issue as soon as possible .

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
