Hello,
We are from a middle class family and requested for Internet. Since we are living little out of main area so Only BSNL was the provider in that area so we requested for BSNL services.
After so many chasers, lot of stress, argument within family we had BSNL internet which keeps dropping on daily basis.
My Father is a Brain Tumour patient and have anxiety issues also mother has knee issues and due to work I dont live with them at the moment.
We requested to disconnect which got disconnected for months later we received a Bill of * months.
Also later we receive a court Notice because of which Father got ill and however filled all asked money.
Again we had to request Internet from BSNL this time on my Name - Arjun Singh Rana
same thing happened this time court Notice with some amount to pay.
This is a clear no one care and ask for Money with court Notice.
I want to File a case of Harassment and Poor Service against BSNL who is so called Government service however the people they behaves such as they are IAS officer, dont bother about customer.
I believe where ever BSNL is now because fo these employees
