I have been using bsnl network for past * years. it was working good in my hometown. i went delhi on an official trip and bsnl network is totally down. when enquired i came to know there is no service for bsnl in delhi as there is something called as mtnl over there. customer service personnels from mtnl cant handle bsnl case. i have been left without a network coverage and was forced to buy new sim for communication. Now i am back in my hometown (pondicherry). i have recharged for rs ** to check the condition of network to decide continuing using my bsnl number. here the network connection drops every * minutes and very rarely pops up. i cant even port to a different network and customer care people are not responsive
