My BSNL Telephone No.is *********** (Account No. **********). I am writing this grievance to appraise you regarding the inefficiency and disloyalty shown by BSNL towards its customer. My landline and broad band services are not functional since January ****, i have been keep on registering complaint with customer care since then, but i have not received any solution for that. Also mailed to cmd complaints and local office. Apartfrom this also lodged complaint through CPGRAMS through https://pgportal.gov.in/Status/Detail website having registration number DOTEL/E/****/*****.
