Hello,
I have submitted the letter to surrender the BSNL connection at BSNL Branch on ** May ****.
However, the connection is not disconnected and I am still receiving messages to pay the bill.
Also I have submitted a blank cheque copy to refund the security deposit amount.
There is no further update. I am no more residing in the above mentioned residential address.
I have also paid the bill for May ****. I get messages telling please pay the amount else the connection will be disconnected. Hence, I am not payment. However, BSNL is still not disconnecting the service
