BSNL Broadband at my home is down from past * weeks and repeated calls to customer care has gone in vain. They are not responding and closing the case without giving solution. Every day I call, I get told that, there will be representative coming to resolve the issue but he has never come till date. I am running out of patience as I am WFH and now I am doing mobile hotspotting for Internet.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
