BSNL Broadband - BSNL broadband is not working

I got new BSNL broadband connection on **/**/****. I switched from Asianet to BSNL. It worked only * days and it got disconnected. I called the customer care and the technician many times. But I don't get any response. Landline connection is not yet provided and while inquiring about that the staff is behaving badly. Since both BSNL and Asianet services are handled by same people I personally feel I am not getting a solution due to switch from Asianet to BSNL .
