I bought a royalOak office chair from RoyalOak Marathalli branch on **th June ****, which got installed on **th June. One of the part of the chair was broken and I was assured that it would be fixed within *-* days.
I called Marathalli Branch multiple times and everytime I was told that it would done next day.
After sometime, they stopped picking up my calls and then I reached out to customercare which told me to file online complaint via email.
I did that as well and everytime I was told that it would get resolved soon.
I have made more than *** calls in last * month and the issue is still present. I also asked to initiate a return but that was also not accepted.
This is sheer negligence and looting customer by first taking money in advance, then delivering a broken product and then leaving upto customer to follow up.
There has been no calls from RoyalOak to help and now I have lost hope of getting my money back.
I want strict action to be taken against them since they do not have any post delivery support and doing fraud by delivering broken product. This has left me helpless as my money is also locked with them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
