M supervision Vm ** * gb, We gave return as soon as we saw the item we got was broken just when it arrived and a guy called and the way he spoke was like he already knew that it was broken! He said he will arrange for return pickup but nobody turned and we thought it might take a while! Nobody turned and just when we checked they didn't arrange for a return itself and now they are telling now they can't process the request coz it's late!
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
