I have called multiple times and messaged on their whatsapp number too many a times and haven't heard from those guys whatsoever.
I purchased two items from insasta.com, one of the items (vegetable dicer) came broken, I have also sent pictures mention the same to them.
As per the last interaction with them, I was informed that I will get a replacement on Monday which was * days ago and it has one past the date promised and I'm still waiting. When i tried to ping them or call they do not receive it.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
