My name is Abhinay Shairi, resident of Kistareddypet, Ameenpur, Hyderabad, I have registered for airtel Broadband service on **st March ****. A person (Jeevan) from airtel came to my home and done the registration. But till now no update on giving new broadband connection. I tried calling multiple times but no proper response and reached nearest Airtel office (Chandanagar Branch). They gave a point of contact number (Kalyan - Head of Jeevan). I called him and explained the situation, he assured me that he will fix the issue ASAP. But till now he didnt provide any update, and he is also not picking my calls. I request you to look into this and take necessary actions.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
