Hathway Broadband Internet - Broadband service not activated

I took a broadband connection worth rs **** on **st january and soon the service got discontinued on *nd feb. When i asked they said payment is not done. Which is certainly not the case. I have provided all screenshot of debit amount msg from bank and transaction ID too. I have been dropping mail and calling them since * week and they have not yet resumed the service.
