I had requested for a Tata Sky Broadband connection in Kanaka Layout, Bendre Nagar, Bengaluru. The broadband was installed on **th November ****. I had opted for ***mbps plan for * months which costed me Rs.****. After few days I'm having frequent internet disconnection every few days. There was no internet connection on **th , **th of November And *th,**th of December. I'm a student and I need uninterrupted connection so that I can attend my classes and the exams which are online now. But Tata Sky Broadband is not providing uninterrupted internet and they are not returning my money. I was not able to attend many online classes due to this. Their customer service also gives improper response telling that connection will be restored within * hours. But nothing will happen.
