Purchased Tata Sky fiber optics broadband connection on *Aug** with *** Mbps *** GB monthly plan and pre-paid Rs ****. Actual download speed obtained is *-** Mbps after *:** pm. Raised the problem with Tata Sky Customer care vis ticket no C******* on *Aug** and C******* on * Aug**, Multiple emails to tatasky customer care and multiple daily phone calls to tatasky local service team. The tickets automatically changed status to "Resolved" without actually solving the issue while my email id got blocked by tatasky email server. Problem is not resolved.
