Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Nareshbabu Domala, I have taken an broadband connection from Hireach broadband (user is : naresh_hp), on **th Nov **** **:** PM, Order No :*******, Payment Ref No, ******, Paid Amount: ****/-, Package: HI REACH-HYD-**Mb-UL, Sub Package,** months, from day *, I am facing lot of disconnections, Regarding this i have called there customer care to register complaints more then ** times in this six months , I have also called there service team person Mr.Pavan Nayak (+** **********) & branch manager Mr. Mahesh (+** ***** *****) of our area New Hafeezpet, But i didn't received any kind of permit solution for my disconnection, so i have mailed there nodal office & info team regarding refund of my amount on **-Aug-****, But till now i have not received a any kind of mail reply form then even then i have remind them on *th-Aug ****, In retain to that mail they have suspended my Account & not refunding me my amount, so i Requested you to involve in this issue & make solution to me
