We have renewed the Hi reach broadband service on **st of this month(August). Before that We faced many problems in getting Internet connection and we raised the complaint for the same. But every time they took *-* days to resolve the issue and thrice they took **-** days to solve the particular issue. And after renewing the Account on **st evening, we didn't get the internet on **nd and **rd .After complaining they solved our issue on **rd night. We got The uninterrupted service on **th but on **th morning we didn't get the internet again so we raised the complaint against the same, but still now(* days) they haven't solved our issue. We are software employees working from home and we are facing many problems due this issue. No one is responded still now to solve our issue
