Hi,
I have applied for a new broadband connection on **-April-** and I am still waiting for setup.
I did not get any call, email, or message even no one is tried to connect me regarding installation and setup connection.
* days have been passed but there is no response from your end.
even you and your executive keep me in deceive and the cause is my work was pending and my job was in danger because in this covid situation without internet I couldn't do my work.
because of you if i lost my job then who will be responsible for this, who will take care of my family,
i am the only earning person in my family.
Very poor service.
