I, Adv. Nitin Wangikar, residing at Jai Vishwa Bharati Colony, Garkheda, Aurangabad. I already have Hathway broadband connection but as I am not getting require speed, i was in search of broadband connection having good speed. Meanwhile, your local employee having Mobile No. ********** made contact with me and has given assurance that Airtel Xstream Broadband will give me require speed. Later on he has visited my house with various plans. Accordingly I have selected *** Mbps plan and has paid amount of Rs.****/- for three month through the link sent by Airtel on text message on yesterday.
Later on I have received text message from Airtel and it was informed that appointment is confirmed and Airtel Engineer will visit my place at morning for installation process. Your engineer visited in afternoon and has stated that, there is no box in my area and therefore you cannot give me broadband connection. Thereafter, I have called your local employee but he has never received my calls. I have also called to your customer care number but not getting any proper reply. Thereafter, I have visited to your local Airtel Gallery but not get any response from their end. They have stated that, the installation will be cancel and my payment will be refunded in * working days. Till today I have not get my money back.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
