Royaloak - Breakage of dining table

Dear royal oak team,

This has reference to the dining table purchased from your banaswasdi store on **/**/**** in the name of shikha prasad order no:[protected]. The table had a glass top. The glass on the table suddenly broke off (Almost blasted) into pieces with a loud noise. The glass pieces were scattered all around the house which could have caused a serious injury.

This is a safety concern. The reason for breakage is clearly the poor quality of glass used and is a manufacturing defect (https://youtu.be/*EgAUhsiRQs).

i have received call on **th sep but now it is almost * month and it not rectified yet.

Please do the needful asap.
