I purchaed BPL LED **cm (**") from Flipkart agst invoice-FAC*R************ DT-**.**.** But LED not work, I complaint to BPL customer care & technician come and says your LED part is not available us, please return to flipkart & i also report against replacment. But flipkart reject the replacement and says technician report show your LED is worked, But BPL says your LED for replacement sothat BPL also not repair Led. No BPL & no Flipkart worked on my harrashment.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
