Boult Audio - boult audio is not delivering my product

my complaint no is ********. After * month of the purchase of headphones it stopped working. i contacted boult audio, a pickup was scheduled by them, the product was taken to their service centre and i was receiving timely updates through email. but then the email stopped and the last email stated that my product is ready to dispatch and i'll soon get an update once it is dispatched. This mail came on **st of June and today is **nd July. not a single mail since then. I've contacted the customer care but everytime i am made to wait minimum ** min and then either I get the same reply that wait for *-* days or the call gets disconnected. I even mailed them but haven't received any reply back.
