Make My Trip - Booking not done

I had booked through make my trip an international hotel booking for * nights and * days. I am a senior citizen travelling with my wife and daughter. We booked the hotel through make my trip * months in advance to get a good rate. After booking, they sent me a confirmation letter as well. Suddenly after one month, they said hotel rejected it. Their team called me and said sorry. I still booked through make my trip at a little higher rate on the spot. Again they gave me a confirmation letter. When I reached the hotel, the hotel people said there isn’t any booking on your name. I was shocked. Senior citizens at this age where do we go? I called the hotel they said your booking is confirmed and sent me the letter again, but the hotel always denied it. After waiting at the lobby area for * hours, the hotel finally made a room available for us. But make my trip put their hands up. They just had no knowledge that their booking is cancelled and in asking the problem in detail with hotel guys, we came to know that make my trip had given this booking to booking.com who then did the booking with the hotel.
Make my trip are real cheaters. Never trust them for anything. They never reply to mail or come to any solution. I have been cheated by them and suggest you’ll also to be careful with their pranks never book through make my trip. They fool people and take more money to give wrong details of booking.
