Make My Trip - Booking Not Confirmed and Full Payment Charged

Dear Sir,
Firstly I am very much surprised to receive such unprofessional mails and phone calls.

Secondly the booking was done for my Family member (i.e. Mr Ranjeet Gupta is my elder brother and if requested will be more than happy to submit you the supporting documents).

For your update I have been using Make My Trip for booking hotel, flights and other services for my friends, family and personal travel for the last couple of years. In few ocassions we did had issue of rooms and services which the handling staff from Make My Trip had provided satisfactory solution.

As mentioned below in your mail I have never acted as a travel agent while booking nor have taken any kind of claim or input credit or any benefit which normally a travel agent gets. As far as my understanding when a travel agent books they get rate benefit and many other supports which a normal client does not get. (Do let me know the difference in booking for Travel agent and client for my understanding)

To my surprise till date I have never received any kind of call from Make My Trip Team stating that I am a travel agent and cannot book hotel through website.

Now when you are unable to provide rooms due to your problem you are providing lame excuses.

After charging my card, make my trip could not provide me rooms and had kept me on hold promising to provide alternate solution for the last ** Month. Due to failure of Make My Trip in providing rooms we have finally cancelled our Bhutan tour.

Before taking this matter in consumer forum and legally wanted to check if you people can resolve the issue.

I wait to hear from you on the above.
