I booked * nigts stay for my family * adults+*child in hotel lalit golf spa resort Goa by mmt on **th December . Wn i made this booking there was not showing gala dinner is maindetry in hotel on **st December with this booking by paying *****/head+taxes. We i made full payment by card and i got a confirmation man and showing gala dinner maindetry. I called so many times daily to mmt on toll free no. I send mail also with screenshot. Nobody is responding n m getting very harrassment by MMT. I don't want to any problems at check in time with family. Even i told mmt to transfer my booking to another hotel or cancel my booking. Nobody is responding from last week. Toll free no ladies always ask me details n thn tell we forward ur comlaint, u will get reply within ** hrs. Now even by calling so many times n I Am getting mentaly torture by MMT not sleeping at night . Plz provide me solution for my booking. Thanks n regards,
