I'm travel agent, booked hotel for my client for date **th april to **th april **, when my client reached hotel, the hotelier said they didn't got any information about the booking from make my trip, i tried calling on partner support number and waited for almost * hours on phone be attaind by customer executive but nobody answered the phone. Along with money i have lost my reputation too.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
