I booked a rental car from drivezy on **th Feb **** for delivery on **th Feb **** from their Agara centre , Bangalore. On **th Feb ****, my booking was cancelled without any intimation by them. Since then the status of the refund is showing as refund initiated.
I tried the chat support on their app but no one is replying. There is no answer to my mails. I have been sending multiple mails to them from past one month but there is no response to any of my mail (even automated response is not there). Now the refund status is showing as completed on their app but i have not revived the amount back. Their customer care number is also not answerable. This company is doing fraud with the customers. Their is no customer support and even their pickup centres are closed. Their is no one to reach out to.

I want my entire amount back from drivezy and the compensation for all the mental stress. I have been writing mails to them twice every week since past *.* months. I have even tweeted on twitter and DM drivezy CEO on linkedin as well. Their is no response anywhere.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
